Hi, I’m Paisley, and I’m honored to walk alongside you in your recovery journey. As a Substance Use Professional (SUPDT) and addictions counselor, my role is to help you not only address the challenges of substance use but also to discover new ways of living with clarity, purpose, and joy.

I have lost two brothers to the disease of addiction, and have personally grappled with many addictions. Helping others to achieve long-lasting abstinence and regain control of their life is a passion of mine. I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University and am currently earning my graduate degree at Bradley University, where I continue to deepen my knowledge in counseling and addiction studies. Education is important to me because it allows me to bring you up-to-date, evidence-based strategies and tools—things you can put into practice in your daily life. I adopt a person-centered orientation, and I use various modalities including motivational interviewing, strengths-based, CBT, and DBT.

On this site, you’ll find resources designed to support the work we’re already doing together. Whether you’re looking for ideas for sober fun, strategies for managing stress, or guidance in strengthening relationships, these tools are here to help you stay steady and supported between our sessions.

Recovery takes courage, and I deeply admire the steps you are taking. My commitment is to continue providing a safe space where you feel understood, encouraged, and equipped to keep moving forward.
